Reflections on a group show in London exploring material, space and silence.
The strongest works in the room speak through proportion before they speak through subject. Their restraint gives the exhibition a useful quietness.
Material is treated as language rather than surface. Stone, textile and metal each carry a different tempo, and the installation allows those tempos to remain distinct.
What stays afterwards is not a single object, but a measured atmosphere: a room where form becomes a way of listening.
Form is most articulate when the room gives it enough silence.
